Land

Pre-war 1 Are of land in Chernihiv area was available on the market for an average of €1,500. Besides generating green energy at a generous rate, we will also be investing in the land purchase, just like McDonalds. Since we need land to place the plants somewhere anyway, it makes sense to use land as a investment vehicle as well.

Our first 30 kWh plant has land already allocated for it on a generous lease term. Our priority for future plants is to source the land, which two main characteristics are: a) highest priority of grid repairing, and b) close to a business/facility that can utilize the electricity during the daytime.
